The New Google Sites is a tremendous improvement over Classic Google Sites.  So much so, that it is now easier than ever to create a site.  Before, I would rarely create a site for much more than for an organization or event.  But now, because of its ease of use, I create sites for everything from school events to professional development workshops.

One thing I’ve found that I love to do is create scrolling banners.  Anyone can easily create a scrolling banner for a Google Site by using Google Slides.  To learn how, watch the tutorial below.  Then when ready, use the embed feature on Google Sites to add your banner to your site.
